On Wednesday 26 August eight teams of citizen scientists (over 20 people) , mainly from Stop Ure Pollution, took part in a full-river testing of the Ure and its tributaries from Lunds and Appersett to Boroughbridge and Ripon. Those working along the River Ure (not the tributaries) also took samples to be tested using Bactiquick. The results from those are included below.
